一.失眠患者,不应该做什么(一.) ①请不要在床上看手机、电视、书报纸等。②请不要喝酒助眠(酒可以帮助入睡,但是不能有助于睡眠维持,长此以往还会造成酒依赖等)。③如果您存在睡眠问题,请尽量少用咖啡、茶叶(如果一定要用,尽量在早上10点前使用)
